Ingredients
- Bianco DiNapoli Whole Peeled Tomatoes (or a can of good San Marzano Tomatoes)
- Olive Oil
- Sea Salt
Method
- Remove tomatoes from juice and place into a mixing bowl. Discard juice
- Add 4 tablespoons of good olive oil to mixing bowl.
- Salt to taste
- Use an immersion blender to puree the tomatoes. You want the sauce to be thick, so don't over puree the tomatoes.
