Shipping policy

Returns are allowed up to 90 Days after placing your order, if the item is unused and in it's original packaging.

Some Bertello products may be sold as pre-order items before they are ready to ship. If an item is listed as a pre-order, the estimated shipping timeframe will be clearly shown on the product page, cart page, checkout page, and/or order confirmation email.

By placing a pre-order, you understand and agree that:

  1. Your payment is collected at checkout to reserve your unit.
  2. The product will ship at a later date, based on the estimated shipping timeframe shown at the time of purchase.
  3. Shipping dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, freight, customs, inventory, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
  4. If your order is delayed beyond the original estimated shipping timeframe, you may choose to either:
    • keep your order active and wait for the updated shipping date, or
    • cancel your order for a full refund before it ships.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

If you no longer wish to wait for your pre-order, please contact us at info@Bertello.com before your order ships, and we will cancel and refund your order in accordance with this policy.
