I didn't like the fact that I emailed them. What was their ingredients list. They emailed me "Our dough is made from a proprietary blend of wheat flour. We do not disclose the brand or its ingredients." Yet when you receive the dough it comes with one. At the bottom of the card it has this.
Contains: Contains a bioengineered food ingredient. If I knew this beforehand I would have thought twice about ordering it.

Arrived frozen, however, the cooler bottom was cracked open with big hole. No dry ice found inside cooler. Looks like UPS retapped cooler to seal off hole.

The dough taste great. But the dough doesn’t rise at all. That is a big problem.

Take away the mess and hard work of making your own dough from scratch, with our high quality pizza dough. All ingredients used are natural and there are no additives or preservatives in our dough.

Let the dough thaw out and get to room temperature, then cut in half and stretch out your pizza dough. Our dough stretches easily, without easily ripping. After applying flour to the dough and stretching it out, then applying the toppings, the dough will slide off the pizza peel easily into your Bertello Oven and not stick to the stone when properly floured. 

All dough is shipped frozen with dry ice.
