Fired it up last night, it was amazing how quick it cooked the pizza. Pizza was perfect, loved the wood fired taste. I thought that I would screw up the first couple of pizzas but it turned out great. Can't wait for our first pizza party.

I bought a Bertello Pizza Oven and cover in August 2025. The oven arrived timely, but I received the cover in January2026. I contacted customer service several times and was assured the order was still in process but they had a serious supply chain problem. When I finally received the cover, I was happy to see that it was made of quality material and fit the oven well -- just took forever to arrive.

When I received the cover about a week ago, I was stymied by the "overhang" piece and couldn't figure it out. Enter my wife who takes a look and said "easy peazy". The cover fits snugly and is well made. An excellent purchase to compliment my Bertello oven.

Love this oven, cooked seven pizzas so far and I’m very pleased as well as getting praise from the family that came to visit. I’ve order a food from an aftermarket company to see if it will give the pizza a little more flavor from burning the wood.

If you purchase a Bertello oven and don’t have a way to protect it from the outside elements, I would highly recommend this custom fit cover for it. It will really preserve the life of the unit. It’s definitely worth spending a bit more to buy a cover, given the financial investment of the oven itself.
