The bamboo pizza peel is idea for preparing your pizza and launching into the pizza into the Bertello Outdoor Pizza Oven. Note: You will also then want a thin metal pizza peel for removing the pizza from the oven, because the thin metal peel will be able to slide underneath the pizza. The bamboo peel is intended for pizza prep and launching only. Bamboo makes it easier for the pizza to slide off the peel and into the oven.
