Great for building pizza in kitchen and then loading into oven. Much better for loading than metal peel.
I use this peel to slide the pizza's into the oven. With some corn meal or flour the pizza's slide right onto the pizza stone

Bertello Bamboo Pizza Peel 12" wide x 14" long surface area, overall length is 22". The bamboo pizza peel is idea for preparing your pizza and launching into the pizza into the Bertello Outdoor Pizza Oven. Note: You will also then want a thin metal pizza peel for removing the pizza from the oven, because the thin metal peel will be able to slide underneath the pizza. The bamboo peel is intended for pizza prep and launching only. Bamboo makes it easier for the pizza to slide off the peel and into the oven.
